Juliana is a CIMA qualified professional with over 20 years’ experience working for large companies. Having worked mostly with projects and investments, Juliana has become an expert in this field.

It was whilst working at the Commercial Development team at Transport for London that Juliana first got involved in the Real Estate industry. As a Senior Investment Appraisal Manager Juliana was responsible for enabling the Investment Committee to make informed investment decisions by assessing the financial viability of new investment proposals.

In 2019, Juliana started getting involved with property investment as a personal project. It wasn’t long before she realised the need for robust excel templates and tailored spreadsheets to support private landlords in understanding the financial aspects of their investments on BTLs, HMOs etc.

Recently, Juliana rediscovered a passion from her early days as a financial planning analyst and added to her portfolio of services provided “Personal Finance”, in order to help individuals, especially women, to get a better understanding of their current and future personal finances.
